I had the opportunity to work on projects as a Strategic + Service + Concept Designer. Here is a brief overview of my contributions for each project.
Hyundai IONIQ: New User Experiences | Concept + Service Design
Client: Hyundai's Human Factors & Devices Research Team in Korea // My Team: 2 Strategic + 1 UX Designer
My contributions for this project was conceptualizing new user experiences using emerging tech (VR + AR + Web Strategies) from pre-purchase to post-purchase of the new Hyundai IONIQ entering the US early 2017.
By understanding the user journey, I created a Service Blueprint that reflected the entire process with touchpoints between stakeholders, systems, and emerging technologies. These ideas were presented to Hyundai's Research Team in Korea with positive feedback.

Coca-Cola Freestyle: New User Experiences | Concept Design + Business Strategies
Client: Coca-Cola R&D // My Team: 2 Strategic Designers + 1 Industrial Designer
My contributions for the project was conceptualizing use cases for the expansion of a current Coca-Cola dispensing technology. Use cases vary from near future implementation to a 8 year future implementation. Each use case was presented with consumer segment, business opportunity, current competitors, and challenges.
